We teach technology that sells itself! Just Results Marketing is looking for enthusiastic, upbeat, reliable marketing sales experts. We help local business owners gain online mobile device exposure, such as on smart phones, iPads, and other hand held devices.  Our sales team will identify, locate and contact local business owners to educate them on how the mobile market will impact their business. They will perform marketing consultations, sign businesses up for package that best suits their needs. Meet monthly (or more often as necessary to form and maintain relationships) with clients, collect customer reviews, provide ideas for blog artices, obtain candid photos of business and customers, order photographs or video if necessary.

• As a sales expert for us, you will be educating business owners about how their business can benefit from showing up in mobile user searches, such as smart phone, GPS devices and touch pad products and selling them an online marketing package. In fact, 95% of smartphone users have looked for local information on their mobile device. 88% of these users take action within a day, indicating these are immediate information needs 77% have contacted a business, with 61% calling and 59% visiting the local business. Our goal is to work with local businesses to help them grow and succeed in a competitive marketplace.
• All our candidates will take a DISC personality profile at their interview to ensure we are contracting with the best candidate as well as references checked.

Duties as a Marketing Sales Specialist include (training provided):

• Researching and finding local businesses to contact
• Reviewing their current web presence
• Calling business owners to set marketing consultation appointments
• Conducting consultation appointments
• Recommending service packages
• Signing contract and collecting initial payment
• Follow through on contracted package – implement their marketing package, web listings, etc.
• Monthly follow up and reporting, visits and continued marketing support Other misc. duties

Skills and Requirements:

• -Previous Sales experience
• -Familiar with Internet Marketing
• -Comfortable calling and visiting business owners during their best avaiable times
• -Expert on a computer
• -Able to follow a system and process
• -Must have reliable vehicle and valid drivers license to make sales calls and customer visits
• -Must have your own computer/laptop, smart phone and high speed internet access.
• -Excellent on and off line research abilities -Pleasant phone voice and in-person demeanor
• -Able to close sales without being pushy
• -Enough time to set and complete 10-15 appointments per week along with time for follow up, research and implementation of packages you sell
• -Submit Accountability reports and customer visit reports weekly
• -Ability to work independently
• -Must be reliable with good work ethic
• -Well organized and able to focus/perform job without supervision
• -Direct Sales experience
• -Minimum 2 years college or 4 years sales experience, or combination of both

Compensation and Details:

• This is a commission + bonus, non-employee position. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year.
• Each marketing package you sell ranges between $100 and $300 commission, paid monthly.
• We expect a 50% or more closing rate on your appointments, which would give you the opportunity to earn between $500 and $2000+ per week depending on how hard you work (based on meeting set goals of 5 to 11 closed packages sold per week).
• We will also be offering an annual year end bonus for longevity and meeting company set sales goals.
• We will provide you with marketing materials, business cards, systems, checklists, and training.
• Work from home – no office to report to.
• Bi-weekly team meetings in Madison to discuss what’s working and new ideas.
• Professional attire on customer visits will be required
